1. Overview
Thank you for choosing Replys, operated by Redsharc Pvt Ltd.
Because our services provide instant digital access, immediate server resource provisioning, and real-time execution upon purchase, all sales and transactions are subject to a strict No-Refund Policy.
2. Strict No-Refund Policy
₹49 Trial Pass (One-Time Fee): Grants immediate access to 1,000 automated DMs valid for 15 days. Non-refundable once purchased, regardless of usage or configuration.
Monthly & Yearly Subscriptions (e.g. ₹299/mo Starter): Charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. No full or prorated refunds are granted for mid-cycle cancellations, unused message quotas, or account inactivity.
Free Plan: Provided at ₹0 with no charges.
3. Circumstances Where Refunds Are Not Provided
Refunds will not be issued for: change of mind, unused DM quotas, third-party actions by Meta/Instagram (downtime, rate limits, account restrictions), failure to switch to a Professional account, or termination due to Terms of Service violations.
4. Duplicate Charge Exception
If you were inadvertently charged multiple times for the exact same billing transaction due to a payment gateway error, contact [email protected] within seven (7) calendar days with payment proofs (UTR number or Razorpay payment IDs). Verified duplicate amounts are refunded to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.
5. Cancellation of Recurring Subscriptions
You can cancel your recurring subscription anytime in Settings → Plan and Billing.
Cancellation immediately stops all future automatic renewals. Your active plan will remain fully operational until the end of your current paid billing period, after which it downgrades to the Free tier.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute without contacting [email protected] first violates our Terms of Service and results in immediate account suspension.
7. Governing Law & Contact
Governed by the laws of India, subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kochi / Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
