Self-Service Deletion
Sign in to your replys dashboard, open Settings → Connected Accounts, and click Disconnect. This immediately and permanently deletes all stored access tokens.
To delete your entire profile, contacts, and automation history, click "Delete Account" in Settings.
Email Deletion Request
You can also request complete account deletion by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data". We process and confirm all deletion requests within 48 hours.
Facebook / Instagram App Removal
When you remove replys from your connected apps in Instagram Settings (Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites), Meta sends a signed data deletion callback to replys, and all linked tokens and logs are deleted automatically.
